Kris Eiamsakulrat is a Thai entrepreneur and investor. He is the co-founder of private equity firm Ally Global Management, and founder of Friday Industries, a diversified entertainment company.[1][2] He also co-founded N8, an independent movie studio, and EST N8, a joint venture with Jaeson Ma’s EST Media Holdings.[1][3][4]

Eiamsakulrat graduated from Columbia University's School of Engineering.[5]

Ally Global Management

Eiamsakulrat co-founded Ally Global Management in 2019 and serves as the firm's Managing Partner.[2][6][7] He is a member of the firm's Board of Directors and sits on its Management and Investment Committees.[5][8] Under his leadership, Ally Global Management launched ALLY KEX, Thailand’s first real estate private equity fund,[9][10] and ALLY REIT, the country's largest independent REIT (real estate investment trust),[11] listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET).[6][12] The firm manages roughly $1.3 billion in AUM, as of September 2022.[2][6]

At Ally Global Management, Eiamsakulrat played a key role in establishing the firm’s flagship funds in US and European real estate, as well as in credit, sports, media and entertainment.[13][14][15]

Friday Industries

Eiamsakulrat founded Friday Industries, a diversified entertainment company, in 2025.[1] The company consolidates businesses across film and television, live events, and alternative finance.[14][16] Friday Industries oversees film studios such as N8 and EST N8, where Eiamsakulrat was involved as producer or executive producer on notable titles such as A Useful Ghost,[17] Pabrik Gula,[18][19] Home For Rent,[20] and Oscar-shortlisted film The Monk and The Gun.[21][22][23] EST N8 also began theatrical distribution with Michael Mann's Ferrari.[24]

The company also has interests in Asia-focused American music company 88rising,[1][25] Spanish MMA league WOW FC,[26][27] as well as E-sports and gaming platform Ampverse.[1][28]
