Encyclopedia articles need to be written from a neutral point of view, and should refer to a range of independent, reliable, published sources, not just to materials produced by the creator of the subject being discussed. This is important so that the article can meet Wikipedia's verifiability policy and the notability of the subject can be established. If you still feel that this subject is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia, please rewrite your submission to comply with these policies.

Fyxer AI is an AI company that develops productivity tools.[1] to help client-facing professionals manage email and meeting workflows more efficiently.[2] Its features include inbox organization, pre-written draft replies, and a meeting notetaker. The tool integrates directly with platforms such as Gmail, Outlook, Zoom, and Google Meet.[3] Fyxer AI was founded by Archie Hollingsworth, Matthew Ffrench, and Richard Hollingsworth in 2023.[4]
History
[edit]Fyxer started as a previous venture[4] founded by brothers Richard and Archie Hollingsworth. After beginning their careers in finance, the two co-founders shifted toward entrepreneurship, launching a company in 2017 called Fyxer People,[5] a fractional executive assistant service[4]. The company aimed to provide C-suite-level administrative support to startup founders and executives.
Operating as a bootstrapped business, Fyxer People grew to a team of approximately 80 employees and reportedly reached $5 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR)[4]. The experience allowed the founders to develop insights into workflow challenges faced by client-facing professionals, particularly in managing email and meetings. These learnings would later influence the development of Fyxer AI.
By October 2023, Fyxer AI was officially incorporated and soon accepted into HF0[4], a highly competitive AI accelerator in San Francisco. There, the founding team, including Matt Ffrench, developed the product alongside leaders from OpenAI, Instacart, and Snowflake.
Fyxer AI launched its paid product in May 2024, and within the first year grew from $0 to $9 million in revenue. In January 2025, the company raised $10 million in Series A funding[6], led by 20VC,[3] with participation from high-profile investors including Marc Benioff,[6] Marcelo Claure, and David Singleton.
Growth and Funding
[edit]Fyxer AI launched its paid product in May 2024. By December 2024,.[7] the company reported reaching $1 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR). As of March 2025, Fyxer AI reported $9 million in ARR, with a 12% week-over-week growth rate[7]. This led to them raiseing $10 million in a Series A funding round in March 2024 led by Harry Stebbings'[6] venture capital firm, 20VC. Notable investors included Marc Benioff, Marcelo Claure, David Singleton, Lenny Rachitsky, and Nico Rosberg. The funding round valued the company at approximately $60 million[6]
Security and Compliance
[edit]According to the company's website, Fyxer AI adheres to several security and compliance standards, including ISO 27001 v2022, SOC 2 Type 2, and HIPAA compliance.[8] The company states that it does not use customer data to train third-party AI models[9]
