Estiatorio Milos Toronto, opened on September 26th, 2024, at 330 Bay Street. It’s the 12th location of Costas Spiliadis and the second in Canada.[1]
Layout
[edit]The entryway is funnel-shaped and hand-plastered, with walls made from Pentelikon marble. The interior, designed by Jeffrey Beers International, includes a lounge, a main dining room with pendant lighting, an atrium, and a private dining room.[2][3]
Menu
[edit]The restaurant specializes in seafood from the Greek islands, Spain, and Portugal. Guests select the preparation method. The Toronto location offers a Bar and Family-Style Menu, based on seasonal availability.[4][5]
