Elyson is a master-planned community developed by Newland Communities that broke ground in 2016. Located in the Katy Prairie region, the project spans approximately 3,600 acres and was initially planned to include 6,200 homes along with a central commercial core. The community features a mix of residential, commercial, and recreational spaces.
