Local elections are scheduled to be held in Dagupan on May 12, 2025, as part of the 2025 Philippine general election. Dagupan voters will elect a mayor, a vice mayor, and 10 of the 12 councilors in the Dagupan City Council.

Mayor

Incumbent Belen Fernandez (Partido Federal ng Pilipinas) is running for a second term. Fernandez was elected under Aksyon Demokratiko with 55.80% of the vote in 2022.
