Deleting
[edit]Can I delete articles that I can find elsewhere on Wikipedia? Matty.007 (talk) 18:31, 19 April 2013 (UTC)
- I thinknit's better to delete those, to prevent double articles. Sometimes you may create a redirection, too. Uziel302 (talk) 00:16, 29 March 2014 (UTC)

Entries for which no sources are provided
[edit]I suspect that the sight of entries for which no sources are provided encourages people to add more of the same.
I think it would be better if all such entries were deleted. Comments? -- Hoary (talk) 07:14, 27 September 2017 (UTC)
- Yes, Hoary, let's delete them. Especially all the recent "news presenters".--Ipigott (talk) 17:33, 31 October 2017 (UTC)

Add two US Political Candidates who have already been added to the Wikipedia:Requested articles/Biographies/Political figures page
- Gay Valimont - 2025 Special Election US House of Representatives candidate for Florida’s district 1. Although she received a larger percentage of the vote (34%) than the previous democratic candidate (32%) to represent Florida in the US House Of Representatives, she lost the fall 2024 election to now-resigned Matt Gaetz. Gay worked her way up to state lead in a gun control group. Her top priorities are supporting veterans and military families, healthcare access, gun violence prevention, fighting the opioid crisis, and protecting reproductive rights. Raising a family in Pensacola, Valimont is a widow, having lost her husband to ALS and son to DIPG. Florida’s Special Election will be held April 1st in District 1 and in District 6 and are part of the 2025 US House of Representatives elections. Added February 24, 2025
- Josh Weil -2025 Special Election US House of Representatives Candidate. Josh is running for the US House of Representatives to represent Florida district 6. He handily beat Ges Selmont in his campaign for the election. Florida’s Special Election will be held April 1st in District 6 and in District 1 and are part of the 2025 elections. Added February 24, 2025

Not done: it's not clear what changes you want to be made. Please mention the specific changes in a "change X to Y" format and provide a reliable source if appropriate. meamemg (talk) 14:50, 13 May 2025 (UTC)
