Changes to Featured and Good content

Summary: In the past quarter the VG project gained four Featured Articles, one Featured List, five A-class Articles, one Good Topic and 30 Good Articles.
The final total the project has this year is gaining nine Featured Articles, two Featured Lists, one Featured Picture, eleven A-class articles, three Good Topics and 89 Good Articles. At the same time we lost Three Featured Articles and four Good Articles.
