Wikipedia:WikiProject Aram (Suryoye)/Assessment

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Overview

[edit]

The article assessment system for WikiProject Aram (Suryoye) exists to organize and improve Wikipedia's coverage of Syriac-Aramean (Suryoyo) subjects. Articles connected to Aramean (Syriac) history, language, culture, religion, or diaspora communities can be evaluated by their overall quality (class) and their significance (importance).

This system helps prioritize efforts: it highlights articles needing expansion, cleanup, referencing, and general improvement.

Assessments are made manually by editors and are based on the general criteria set by the Wikipedia Version 1.0 Editorial Team.

This process is informal and collaborative — editors are encouraged to update ratings boldly, but discussion is recommended if disagreements arise.

The full list of ratings is below.

How to assess an article

[edit]

To add or update an assessment, edit the article's talk page and add the WikiProject Aram (Suryoye) template, with the following parameters:

{{WikiProject Aram (Suryoye)
 |class= (FA, A, GA, B, C, Start, Stub, List, NA)
 |importance= (Top, High, Mid, Low, NA)
}}
  • class – Reflects the overall quality of the article.
  • importance – Reflects the relevance of the article to Syriac-Aramean topics.

Assignments automatically sort articles into the correct maintenance categories.
