Come join WikiLA at the 10th Not-Annual Wiknic! Eat, drink, and enjoy the start of summer with us. Everyone is welcome regardless if they're an editor or not, as long as they adhere to the friendly space policy.

[edit]- What: WikiLA's 2025 Wiknic
- Where:
- We are finalizing the location of this year's Wiknic, with it taking place either at Pan Pacific Park in Los Angeles (the venue of our last two Wiknics) or Roxbury Memorial Park in Beverly Hills. Please keep an eye out for the venue, which we will announce once finalized.
- When: Saturday 28 June, 2024 - 11:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
- Cost: Free - sign up below!

Wish List
[edit]The Wiknic is a potluck. Sign up below for the necessaries (and semi-necessaries), and/or bring anything you want, as long as it's not alcohol, which is not generally allowed in LA County Parks. (If you have a Wikipedia account, use ~~~ to sign up.)
Food
[edit]- Vegan burgers/hot dogs
- Meaty burgers/meaty dogs
- Condiments (ketchup, relish, mustard, etc)
- Hamburger or hot dog buns
- Drinks (avoid plastic if possible)
- Salad (any kind)
- Deviled eggs (if you happen to be Phyllis)
- Potato chips, corn chips, tortilla chips, wood chips etc
- Fruit
- Cookies, brownies, cupcakes etc. (nothing melty)
- Anything else
Not food

- Charcoal
- Overhead shade(s), picnic table size or larger
- Picnic blankets
- Napkins, paper plates, utensils (compostable)
- Ice chest/cooler/ice or ice packs
- Sunscreen
- Containers for leftovers
- Talk pages, b/c you never know when Talk Page Theater will break out
