Reason
Lead image on torture and stress position, not so graphic that we need hesitate to show it, but graphic enough to properly illustrate difficult subjects. I've used the description from torture - a featured article - to try and keep the description neutral. The file

Department of Defense, restored by Adam Cuerden. A previous uploader attributed this to PFC David Epstein, which may well be true, but NARA does not say that, and all the sites I can find saying it is are using the same crop as that attribution was attached to here.
