Vaadhoo Caves are a group of underwater caverns located on the northwest outer reef of Vaadhoo Island in the South Malé Atoll, Maldives.[1][2][3][4] The site is situated along the reef wall of Vaadhoo Kandu and comprises a series of small caves,[5][6] overhangs,[7] and a primary cavity with an entrance depth ranging from approximately 7 to 25 meters.[8][9] A larger overhang is present at around 30 meters, and a narrow passage with a swim-through is located between 16 and 24 meters.[10][11]
