Dark Horse Holdings is privately held American based company incorporated in Bermuda. The company holds many significant corporations ranging from E-commerce, gaming, entertainment and publishing amongst others. DHH was founded in 1997 with YOU WON IT.COM being its first venture. The company’s revenue has grown from $700 thousand in 1997 to an estimated $938 million in 2010.

IPO OFFERS In 2008 and again in 2010, DHH was offered an IPO deal from several overseas investment banks wanting to list the company on the London Stock Exchange. Industry experts value the future IPO at $2 billion mainly because of the company’s online gaming division which has become an industry leader. Unlike the New York Stock Exchange, London’s has thrived for years from numerous online gaming companies. It is unclear whether or not DHH will become a publicly traded company.

Incorporation By being incorporated in Bermuda, the company’s income from outside the United States becomes exempt from American taxes and they are not subject to any form of Bermudian tax under Bermuda law. It is estimated that DHH saved $300 million on taxes last year alone.
