Thanks for adding the two sources to the bibliography. I thought I had done this but obviously overlooked it. My apologies. Aemilius Adolphin (talk) 06:24, 4 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]

No problem! Velayinosu (talk) 00:40, 5 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Not an admin or anything so take it with a grain of salt but please limit yourself when making requests as everything there is done semi-automated or by hand and is done by volunteers. And if it is done using the page swapper tool, we are still rated limited so processing the requests could take longer than expected. Thank you, Cowboygilbert - (talk) ♥ 06:09, 20 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]

@Cowboygilbert: If I could move them myself I would by I don't know how to and I thought only admins could do it. How do you do it? There's a widespread issue with many virus articles in which originally the scientific (species) name and common name were the same, but then the scientific name was changed and the articles were moved to the new scientific name, but then the scientific names were changed again to binomials that people don't recognize, so the articles now have to be moved from the old scientific names (which in general never caught on) back to the common names (there's agreement at the Virus WikiProject that common names are preferred over the new binomial names for article titles). That's something I'm trying to deal with. Anyways, I will try to make requests at a slower pace from now on if mass requests are a problem. Velayinosu (talk) 22:18, 20 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]
@Velayinosu: You could technically round robin pages by hand but they are very difficult to do it without the page swapper tool, which only page movers and admins are able to have. You are able to do it if you request page mover at WP:PERM and are experienced enough in page moving, technical requests, and the requested moves avenue of Wikipedia. You could potentially create a list article in your user space of articles needing a technical move and ask a page mover if they are able to take a look at it but it’s still a volunteer role. Revert

Sorry, had to undo your edit because of a conflicting edit. I was explaining someone Wikipedia:Teahouse#harv_or_sfn_error. I think {{sfnref}} adds an, in this case, unneeded layer of complexity for the explanation. Soon we will have Sub-referencing!!!! Polygnotus (talk) 03:04, 30 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]
