Speedy deletion nomination of User:Marketing1on1

Dear Yamla, there were no compensations involved since I'm the owner of the company just trying to create a wikidata for my trademarked company name that I started back in 2012 that now been abused by the competitors trying to take advantage of our branding. I do now understand that the reason for my block was due to using the business name is my username. I am a little bit confused about how posting on the user page that Marketing 1on1 is a digital marketing company and that Marketing 1on1 is a registered trademark falls under promotional content? Should I just posted "Marketing 1on1 is a registered trademark" and nothing else? The only contributions that I'm trying to make is only about our trademarked term. We do have notable publications from usatoday, Google partner directory, registered trademark numbers etc. and would love to be able to populate wikidata for the company if possible. Thank you, we'll stay off of this site and focus on getting more press in hopes that at some point someone on wikipedia will decide to create a summary about us. You need to address all the points in the block notice. Just saying "We'd love if our account could be unbanned" addresses none of them.

Part of the reason for insisting on this is that everything you've said between your previous appeal and this one in no way convinces me that you properly understand why you were blocked, or how your editing would need to change if you were unblocked; quite the opposite, in fact.

One more time: please address all the four points in the block notice, and read WP:GAB before lodging your next appeal (if any).
