Question from BobbleObill (11:37, 21 April 2025)
[edit]Hello🙂 how do I make a article --BobbleObill (talk) 11:37, 21 April 2025 (UTC)
- Hi, @BobbleObill; welcome to Wikipedia! There's some information on writing new articles at Help:Your first article. I would recommend starting out by editing existing articles, though, as writing a new one from scratch can be challenging. Please let me know if you have any further questions! - Thank you Tol I just want to make an article about one of my favourite YouTubers BobbleObill (talk) 11:18, 23 April 2025 (UTC)
- No worries; feel free to ask if you'd like any help or feedback. Also, you may want to read the notability guideline, to ensure that the subject is notable by Wikipedia's standards and eligible for an article. Tol (talk | contribs) @ 04:07, 24 April 2025 (UTC)
- Ok thanks BobbleObill (talk) 04:09, 24 April 2025 (UTC)
- I went on to Help:your first article but it didn’t show me how to actually MAKE an article. So I don’t know what to do. Please help me :) -Bobble BobbleObill (talk) 12:58, 25 April 2025 (UTC)
- @BobbleObill, the page contains all of the information on how to write and publish a draft. If you've read all of § Before you start writing, including the relevant links, the section below links to the article wizard, which walks you through the steps of actually creating a draft. - Ok thank you for that tip :) BobbleObill (talk) 12:14, 28 April 2025 (UTC)
- Can you also keep a look out for my talk page because I write messages there. So please keep an eye out :) happy editing BobbleObill (talk) 12:23, 28 April 2025 (UTC)
- Is there a way to follow someone on Wikipedia? BobbleObill (talk) 12:37, 2 May 2025 (UTC)
- @BobbleObill, Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, not a social networking site, so there isn't really a mechanism to "follow" a user. The closest thing would probably be adding their user and talk pages to your watchlist, which would allow you to view recent edits to them. Tol (talk | contribs) @ 19:04, 4 May 2025 (UTC)

- Is there a quick way to get to the wiki sandbox because right now I have to type it into the search bar then when I am there I get a notification that make me start the whole process again. Please help🤤 BobbleObill (talk) 11:22, 5 May 2025 (UTC)
- @BobbleObill, I'm not sure what problem you're describing. Could you describe the notification you are encountering? Tol (talk | contribs) @ 09:16, 11 May 2025 (UTC)
- It is just that whenever i type Wikipedia:sandbox in the search bar, I get a notification, so I click on it and it redirects me somewhere else, but then I have to search Wikipedia:sandbox all over again and it is annoying😔😤 so I just want to know if there is a faster way to get to the sandbox 🙂↕️ BobbleObill (talk) 11:54, 11 May 2025 (UTC)

[edit]In the AWOT notifications generated by your bot (Task 9), please update the linked section header from "There is a mop reserved in your name" to "Have you considered taking up a mop?" to match the changes in Special:Diff/1285025567/1285110651. GTrang (talk) 21:51, 10 May 2025 (UTC)
Done — should be patched for future runs. Thanks for letting me know, @GTrang. Tol (talk | contribs) @ 14:48, 11 May 2025 (UTC)

- (en) Hi, @Zaya Rasho; welcome to Wikipedia! This is the English Wikipedia, but it looks like you're writing in Arabic. I do not know Arabic, and was unable to machine-translate your question, so I don't know how to respond. I machine-translated my response into Arabic in case you can understand that better.
