Information icon Hello. In a recent edit to the page Cook Trading, you changed one or more words or styles from one national variety of English to another. Because Wikipedia has readers from all over the world, our policy is to respect national varieties of English in Wikipedia articles.

For a subject exclusively related to the United Kingdom (for example, a famous British person), use British English. For something related to the United States in the same way, use American English. For something related to another English-speaking country, such as Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, India, or Pakistan, use the variety of English used there. For an international topic, use the form of English that the first author of the article used.

In view of that, please don't change articles from one version of English to another, even if you don't normally use the version in which the article is written. Respect other people's versions of English. They, in turn, should respect yours. Other general guidelines on how Wikipedia articles are written can be found in the Manual of Style. If you have any questions about this, you can ask me on my talk page or visit the help desk. Thank you. —Wasell(T) 19:39, 16 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]

OK, I understand that there are different versions of English. TheFrosterGuy (talk) 21:06, 24 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Please stop. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Rend Lake, you may be blocked from editing. TheFrosterGuy (talk) 17:27, 25 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop your disruptive editing.

If you continue to disrupt Wikipedia, as you did at User:Jimbo Wales, you may be blocked from editing. Andy Dingley (talk) 21:36, 16 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Cleopatra Glossaries. Andy Dingley (talk) 18:58, 17 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]

I don't think that would be exactly "vandalism" TheFrosterGuy (talk) 20:37, 17 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]
You're welcome to seek a further opinion at WP:ANI. Make sure to post this link. See how far you get.
This is WP:vandalism. If you want, take the hint that editing like that is unwelcome and will lead to your account being indef blocked. Or if you don't believe me, try our patience further. It's up to you. Andy Dingley (talk) 21:22, 17 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Does sockpuppetry always mean using more than one account? If so, I will delete quickly my other account: LavenderGsausages TheFrosterGuy (talk) 00:14, 24 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]
I haven't told anybody about my other account, nor did I know anything about sockpuppetry until I got blocked. I know sockpuppetry is against Wikipedia guidelines. So, does sockpuppetry always mean using two or more accounts? I will put my alt account under speedy deletion. Thank you. TheFrosterGuy (talk) 17:17, 24 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]
I am now checking Wikipedia everyday to see if I got a new message on my talk page. I was already checking Wikipedia quite often because I like editing wikipedia. I also have a hidden sandbox from my first day of editing (see my contributions). I am still new here and I will try to do better. Seriously. TheFrosterGuy (talk) 15:39, 28 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]
I hate to say it, but I may have also violated copyright at Wikimedia Commons. (see my commons talk page) TheFrosterGuy (talk) 17:28, 28 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]

I suggest you read Wikipedia:Guidance for younger editors. It will help you become a good contributor to Wikipedia. Note also I removed some personal info you had posted, as we recommend you do not post that type of information. Thank you. — rsjaffe 🗣️ 00:19, 18 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

I apologize for vandalizing Wikipedia because I thought I would get away with it by removing it. TheFrosterGuy (talk) 19:02, 23 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

I have to say, "I thought I would get away with it" is a remarkably poor defence.

I'm not going to unblock you to continue goofing around the way you did. After what seemed like a reasonable start to your editing career, you took a wrong turn somewhere and things deteriorated, against plenty of warnings I might add. When you're generating more disruption than useful work, you become a time drain for the project, when others have to go around mopping up after you. If you want to be unblocked, you need to convince us that it is in the best interests of the project. This appeal, such as it is, doesn't even begin to do that. DoubleGrazing (talk) 06:23, 24 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Request reason:

I am apologize for vandalizing Wikipedia, I understand the guidelines and I am sure that I will become a great contributior so I could edit articles, because that's what Wikipedia is all about. I also won't type silly things on articles because that would be disruptive to Wikipedia, and will edit reasonable things, not unnessacary things in the future. Again, I apologize for disruptive editing. Thank you. To: adminastrators TheFrosterGuy (talk) 15:07, 24 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Checkuser verified abuser of multiple accounts. You'll need to address this in any future unblock request. --jpgordon𝄢𝄆𝄐𝄇 21:56, 2 May 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Blocked for sockpuppetry

[edit]
Wikipedia's technical logs indicate that this user account has been or may be used abusively per the evidence presented at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/TheFrosterGuy. It has been blocked indefinitely from editing to prevent abuse.

Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you should review the guide to appealing blocks, and then appeal your block by adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|Your reason here ~~~~}}. Note that anything you post in your unblock request will be public, so you may alternatively use the Unblock Ticket Request System to submit an appeal if it contains information that must be private.

Administrators: Checkusers have access to confidential system logs not accessible by the public or by administrators due to the Wikimedia Foundation's privacy policy. You must not loosen or remove this block, or issue an IP block exemption, without consulting with a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee. Administrators who undo checkuser blocks without permission from a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee may be summarily desysopped.

I swear, I did not create those accounts and make personal attacks on other contributors, I have another device that my little brother uses for education (we are homeschooled). And by the way, if you're wondering how do I know this is because I just checked today when I saw this message. And actually, if you want to know the truth, my little brother did it. You might think I'm lying, because it is a joke on Wikipedia, but it's true! My little brother actually did it and I saw a page called "YHWF Network" on the other computer because he found out I made this account, and I didn't mind, as long as it wasn't sockpuppetry. But when I checked today on his talk page, I was shocked cause I got to the talk page history, then I saw he wrote mean things like, "I wish he was dead, delete your account now." That would be some things that I would never say, even if I got banned! Note: he is a little kid. He is still learning how to be a good boy. When I was his age, I would do the same thing, even say cuss words! And adminastrators, you might decline my request, but please believe me. This isn't a joke. Thank you.

Decline reason:

I don't unblock accounts that use the WP:BROTHER excuse. PhilKnight (talk) 04:00, 6 May 2025 (UTC)[reply]
