I had a nice bio but I will have to re-do it because I rolled back a few version and I can't get it back.
How to get things back (and welcome!)
[edit]Since I stumbled across your talk page - there should be a link that says something like 'view history' on the top right-ish of your screen, alongside 'read', 'edit source', and some pictures. If you click that you can see every edit ever made to a page, and if you then click on one of the timestamps (like 17:43, June 9, 2025) then it will show you what the page looked like at that timestamp. There is then an option to 'restore this version'.
Don't be concerned about having a bare or minimal account, that's completely fine and normal. On the other hand if you want to let people know about your Wikipedia interests, that is also fine and normal! Everyone has a slightly different userpage and talk page.
The most important thing is the policy to assume good faith, but it can also be the most difficult policy! Every time you get upset, take a step back, make a nice cup of tea, and remind yourself to assume that this person is trying to make Wikipedia better - even if you can't see how that's possible. If you can stay calm and polite and attempt to have a productive discussion, you've done the best you can and other people will see that.
