Hello, I am new to Wikipedia editing, and this was my first attempt at contributing content. I understand now that my article draft on "Global Bihari" may have been flagged for speedy deletion due to a lack of proper citations and perceived promotional tone. I sincerely apologize for this oversight. I respectfully request reconsideration and the opportunity to rework the article with neutral language and proper citation. I now understand the importance of relying on independent, reliable sources and following Wikipedia's guidelines closely. Although originating in Bihar, I, based in Kolkata, identify strongly with the platform’s coverage and values. This cross-regional relevance reflects its growing influence as a respected, if niche, digital news portal. I am fully committed to revising the article with a neutral tone, thorough sourcing, and in compliance with Wikipedia's policies.
