Bruce Occena moved to draftspace

Thanks for your contributions to Bruce Occena. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because As presented I cannot see how Occena passes WP:BIO. Better references may help to show that they are. I have converted your article to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.
