- Hello, OPM581. I was wondering what was the issue with my current sources. I believe they provide sufficient enough backing to constitute a subject. Seeing that there is no added section on the Spanish fideicomiso Wikipedia page, I would not want to add this section on U.S. tax implications. This webpage provides an easier understanding for the intended demographic. I would like y'all to reconsider. Paralegal-knows-nothing (talk) 23:35, 16 June 2025 (UTC)
- Hi, Paralegal-knows-nothing. The sources that you used appear to mostly be primary sources, and multiple secondary sources are needed to show that the topic is notable enough to have its own article. Please see WP:GNG for more info. Also, the article seems to be written like an essay, and parts of it are unsourced. Opm581 (talk | he/him) 00:42, 17 June 2025 (UTC)
- Hello, OPM581, I had just added some secondary sources that I could have included in the first draft. Also, I am not trying to convince anyone of something, so I apologize if it is written like an essay. I think the article clearly states the circumstances around U.S. trusts and fideicomisos and the subsequent tax implications this may have. Paralegal-knows-nothing (talk) 18:11, 17 June 2025 (UTC)
- Ok, thank you for improving the draft. Also, in the future, it would be better to ask questions about AfC submissions at Wikipedia:WikiProject Articles for creation/Help desk or at the talk page of the reviewer, rather than at your own talk page. Opm581 (talk | he/him) 20:52, 17 June 2025 (UTC)
