Hello, Neil

I am Yuji. I recently wrote about the Shu Han of the Han dynasty but you removed it. I would like to argue for my case. The Shu Han was founded by Liu Bei a descendant of the kings of the Han dynasty. He himself, called the Shu Han as Han as he felt he was a legitimate ruler of a new Han Dynasty. As a Chinese, I added the Shu Han in to respect his legacy. I hope you can rethink about it. Thanks. Zhengyuji (talk) 09:10, 11 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Hi @Zhengyuji: Apologies for not replying until now: I've been away from my computer for a few days. The reason I reverted your edits to Han dynasty was not because I thought that what you wrote was incorrect or irrelevant to Wikipedia. I reverted because the addition wasn't supported by a reference to a reliable source which verified what you wrote. This is a requirement for most information added to Wikipedia, and is explained in WP:VERIFY so i suggest you have a look at that. If you can provide a suitable reference, by all means re-add the material and cite the source (if you're unsure about how to do that, have a look at Help:Referencing for beginners). It may then remain in the article, although of course I can't guarantee that another editor won't still change or remove it!
Hope this helps. Neiltonks (talk) 16:07, 14 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Sir, if you look at the Han Dynasty talk page, others also suggested adding the Shu Han in, to respect Liu Bei’s legacy. I know that I am merely an amateur on Wikipedia who doesn’t know how to add sources on Wikipedia, but as a Chinese, I have to reiterate the fact that the Shu Han is a part of the Han Dynasty. Just see the talk page for yourself. If not convinced, then idk. You can check for yourself that all I added in was true. Zhengyuji (talk) 11:36, 21 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]
