Howdy, you recently changed the colour of the youth jersey in Mattias Skjelmose Jensen from green to white, this is incorrect, for the 2022 Tour de la Provence the youth jersey was green. Cheers Paulpat99 (talk) 19:12, 11 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited 2024 UCI ProSeries, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Mads Pedersen. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, --DPL bot (talk) 19:56, 25 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Squad sections

[edit]

Hey. Just to let you know, the standard that we would like to adhere to, and that is followed by all major club pages (if you take a look yourself at pages such as Real Madrid CF, Paris Saint-Germain FC and Liverpool F.C., just to name a few), is without any formatting to bracketed content. The idea is to have all pages be similar, so they keep to the same style and are easier to access and understand by the average reader. Please do not change any such formatting, otherwise your edits will keep being reverted. Thanks, Vasil3fonov (talk) 21:33, 20 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Please state a reason for reverting my edit to Brøndby IF. If you haven't read the above message, please do so. Thanks, Vasil3fonov (talk) 18:42, 4 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Just because the big clubs use this format, it doesn't mean that it is the correct format. That's the most stupid reason, I've ever heard. Why do you get to decide? MatthewSinius (talk) 11:26, 10 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]
And why should they be different? What are the reasons that make you believe the smaller brackets are the better format; i.e. is it easier to read, is it because the larger font does not fit within he limits of the squad template, does the small formatting fit the overall Wikipedia style better? I'm willing to agree with you if you provide any reasoning instead of just repeatedly reverting my edits and ignoring any dialogue. Thanks, Vasil3fonov (talk) 13:10, 10 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Because I primarily think it looks better. It's the players name, that should be in focus - not some captain-title og the name of the club, the player is loaned out to. But in all honesty, I think it's a pointless discussion. You can argue that the font looks better or it makes it easier to read. But i really don't agree on that. And the most important fact - it's just a fucking font size, there is no wrong information. I really can't see the problem and the reason why you should decide, that it should be any different, from what I've done. You do it, because you think it's "right" and it looks better that way. Fine - then it's hopeless to debate anymore. In a couple of months, another person might come by and put flag-icons for the teams, that players are loaned out to. I won't do anything about it, because it's nok wrong. But I still think it looks stupid. Have a nice day! MatthewSinius (talk) 14:23, 11 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war. This means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be although other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Points to note:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. 331dot (talk) 10:42, 7 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]
