See below, the move to draftspace has also added the ability for you to submit the article.... however, I would suggesting reading MOS:HEAD to style the headings properly. Please also note that 'Academic Career', 'Disability Rights' and 'Awards' are totally unsourced and should be, or the text must be removed per WP:BLP.
