That demonstrates you haven't the slightest intention of abiding by our policies. I appreciate you coming clean here, and I hope you can return as a member of the community at some point. However, generally you do need to go six months without editing in situations like this, to be eligible for the standard offer. Your request here also doesn't show much reflection on the behaviors that caused you to become blocked, and how you'll avoid them going forwards.
