Proposed deletion of Shigeo Mito

The article Shigeo Mito has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Muscian that has been on the cat:nn since 2010. Never really been updated. Current references are a blog and a book selling site on his own blog. Some minor coverage in youtube. Nothing on Gbooks, archive site, music streaming sites, social media. Even Linkedin is missing. Very obscure individual.
