Looks better, and some (but not all, for example the undue weight problem) of my comments are addressed, but as said, writing a Good Article means considerable amount of work, attention to detail, and careful reading of sources. What I would do is taking the time and read sources to really understand the topic in detail, and see what needs to be added or updated.
