I understand that my account was blocked because it appeared to promote a business and had a business-like username. I apologize for this and now understand that Wikipedia is not meant for self-promotion or advertising.

I may have a connection to the topic I edited about and I fully disclose this. I’m willing to follow the paid-contribution disclosure policy as required.

If unblocked, I will contribute neutrally, cite reliable sources, and follow all Wikipedia guidelines. I plan to work on improving articles about public services in Toronto and Canadian infrastructure.
