Blocked as a sockpuppet
[edit]Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you should review the guide to appealing blocks, and then appeal your block by adding the following text below this notice:
{{unblock|Your reason here ~~~~}}
. Note that anything you post in your unblock request will be public, so you may alternatively use the Unblock Ticket Request System to submit an appeal if it contains information that must be private.Administrators: Checkusers have access to confidential system logs not accessible by the public or by administrators due to the Wikimedia Foundation's privacy policy. You must not loosen or remove this block, or issue an IP block exemption, without consulting with a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee. Administrators who undo checkuser blocks without permission from a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee may be summarily desysopped.

Request reason:
Hello, I believe my account was blocked when I was offline. I would like to appeal for it. I'll be answering the accusations which were presented here * The dates coincide because of Wikivoyage. I ran into Istanbul's Wikivoyage page, which was undergoing heavy re-works by them and I also wanted to get involved. I thought to myself that having a proper account would suit me better. Editing English Wikipedia followed the trend because of the boredom actually. The reason that I am not editing Turkish Wiki is that my Turkish is not that fluent, I was born in Germany. * I honestly don't know how this can be replied, but yeah, I am a graduate of UW. So what? Turkish topics are also getting edited heavily by the people who live in Germany too, does this also mean anything? Turkish people or people who are interested in Turkish-related topics are scattered around the world, especially in Europe. Warsaw is an international city, with a sizeable Turkish diaspora. Plus, I am sure that you have tools to check login IPs for a crossmatch. Why this wasn't the first resort? * That sentence is actually found on the Wikipedia:Peer review instructions. You can see that many listings are drafted by using the spesific sentence because it is included in the template. * The said reference was found in a related article. I repurposed it. It was on Wikipedia way before I was here appearantly. I can pinpoint where I got it precisely, if needed. * I guess everybody does that. You can find many book references without page numbers in various articles. I don't want to cause any-non professionalism but as you can check on my talkpage, the user who applied for blockage actually applied for an 'incident' filing too. This seems a bit personally motivated. But anyways, I really don't hold any grudges to anybody since I try to be stoic in any given time. You can check my edits, I am not pursuing any kind of agenda. I like editing and I would very much like to continue. Best Regards. KarsVegas36 (talk) 20:16, 4 May 2025 (UTC)
Decline reason:
Confirmed to KarsVegas46 and calling the connection to Dudewithafez only
Highly likely is, frankly, a bit of a stretch. You clearly know each other if you aren't the same person. Yamla (talk) 11:57, 5 May 2025 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
