Hi Jason, welcome to Wikipedia! I read your comment about witnessing a green fireball. The Green Fireballs of the 1940 were reported to things like suddenly change direction, but it sounds like your sighting was consistent with something I myself saw a child: brilliant beautiful meteors-looking object that created giant fireballs on the horizon.

I just reached out because your comment is very likely to be removed -- Wikipedia isn't really for sharing personal experiences, its for talking about how to improve the articles. We can't use actually use your talk page comment as a source, after all.

This page is for human knowledge, and the removal of this accurate knowledge is a disservice to anything humanistic. My sighting was nothing like you've seen if you can read. This was a small head with long sparkled tail and traveled westward in a straight line away, not downward, not changing direction, not leaving large flashes nor trails, and not anywheres near a horizon. This wasn't a 'personal experience", this is an instance of a factual happening witnessed by me. Jasonschuh (talk) 09:18, 20 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]
