VR - Regarding Contentious Topics

- Yeah I had a quick look at what they are beforehand and have kept changes minimal. As for the article on Civilian casualty ratio the structuring was weird flow-wise at the time with a single conflict being raised in the article summary, which otherwise only raised academic studies on the topic and essentially all sub-entries are summaries of their respective articles.
