Tips
  • Don't be afraid to edit! Just find something that can be improved and make it better. Other editors will help fix any mistakes you make.
  • It's normal to feel a little overwhelmed, but don't worry if you don't understand everything at first—it's fine to edit using common sense.
  • If an edit you make is reverted, you can discuss the issue at the article's talk page. Be civil, and don't restore the edit unless there is consensus.
  • Always use edit summaries to explain your changes.
  • When adding new content to an article, always include a citation to a reliable source.
  • If you wish to edit about a subject with which you are affiliated, read our conflict of interest guide and disclose your connection.
  • Have fun! Your presence in the Wikipedia community is welcome.

Happy editing! Cheers, Theroadislong (talk) 07:29, 3 May 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm Timtrent. An edit that you recently made seemed to be generated using a large language model (an "AI chatbot" or other application using such technology). Text produced by these applications can be unsuitable for an encyclopedia, and output must be carefully checked. Your edit may have been reverted. If you want to practice editing, please use your sandbox. If you think a mistake was made, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. 🇵🇸‍🇺🇦 FiddleTimtrent FaddleTalk to me 🇺🇦‍🇵🇸 08:48, 3 May 2025 (UTC)[reply]

My native language is Czech. And I am newbie to wiki. So a used LLM only as an editor and for formatting, correcting language. I stuck to your rule about neutrality, encyklopedie, so text remains neutral and verifiable to fulfill standard Wikipedia requirements. Which I thought is your aim. So I suppress my personal style, to fit your guidelines. But the text is NOT generated by LLM, it is only curated to fit to your rules, guidelines, help me with "CODING", formatting, etc. But OK, I change it, I will write it again more by my personal wording, not that much neutral and formal a la encyclopaedia. Ok. Thank you for feedback! HedyVolf (talk) 09:09, 3 May 2025 (UTC)[reply]
And I study art, everything was heavily checked and checked :) HedyVolf (talk) 09:10, 3 May 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Do not use a large language model to generate a draft for Wikipedia. The text generated by a large language model will be grammatically correct, and will never be suitable for use in an encyclopedia. If you are not confident of your ability to write encyclopedic text in English without the assistance of artificial intelligence, you do not have the ability to write encyclopedic text in English. A large language model cannot generate encyclopedic text. Do not use a large language model to generate text in Wikipedia. Robert McClenon (talk) 23:40, 3 May 2025 (UTC)[reply]
