Please do not unilaterally change the minimum diameter limit on Template:Dwarf planets without asking others for agreement. The 700 km diameter limit was agreed upon by multiple people; please see the discussion we had several months ago. If you want to change the minimum diameter limit, please ask people on the WikiProject Astronomy talk page.
There is a reason why the minimum dwarf planet diameter is set to 700 km. First of all, astronomers do not call the 600 km-diameter TNOs 2002 UX25 and Gǃkúnǁʼhòmdímà dwarf planets. Their density is too low and it's very likely their gravity isn't strong enough to shape them into a sphere. Secondly, your edit adding 19521 Chaos to the dwarf planets list is wrong because the latest studies show it is a contact binary TNO, not spherical. Nrco0e (talk • contribs) 01:51, 3 July 2025 (UTC)

[edit]Thanks for adding the information to the navbox (template). It's usually best to then add the navbox to the bottom of each of the articles you've added, so navigation goes both ways. Thanks! Randy Kryn (talk) 23:21, 26 July 2025 (UTC)
