Astrology - protected article
[edit]Hi @Fergu177, I noticed that you assigned yourself the Astrology article. Sadly, because of past problems, that article is subject to "extended confirmed protection" and can only be edited by people whose accounts are more than six months old and who hav made more than 500 edits to Wikipedia. You'll need to pick a different article to work on. Let me know if you have any questions about this. Looping in @Lincol7. Brianda (Wiki Ed) (talk) 22:24, 4 March 2025 (UTC)
Music therapy - a medical topic
[edit]Hi @Fergu177, I noticed that you have selected the Music therapy article to work on. Since this is a human health-related topic, I wanted to let you know that topics related to human health have more stringent sourcing requirements than most articles on Wikipedia. Please take the Editing health and psychology topics training module before you work on this article. You can also check out the sourcing guidelines for these articles. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions. Looping in @Lincol7. Brianda (Wiki Ed) (talk) 21:53, 10 March 2025 (UTC)
Musical Therapy
[edit]hey fergu177! i just finished reviewing your music therapy draft. i couldn’t find the course email option, so i’m putting the full peer review right here instead.
your article already looks good, especially the india/nada yoga section and visuals. for next steps, maybe just expand your lead a bit to clearly introduce music therapy, and add a little more detail to your military section.
once you put in the new sources you found (autism, kenya, etc.), everything will feel even stronger. great start so far!
Here’s your peer review!!

Lead
Your lead does a good job explaining that Music Therapy and Sound Healing are related. One suggestion would be adding a brief sentence to say what Music Therapy actually is and maybe a quick example of how people use it, just to help set up the rest of your article. That way, readers will clearly know what to expect from your sections.
Structure
You already have clear section headings (India, Military, Empirical Evidence), and they’re easy to follow. To help readers see how these sections connect, maybe consider putting the India and Military sections under a bigger heading like "Applications." This would help readers understand these are examples of Music Therapy in practice.
Balancing
Right now, your India (Nada Yoga) section is nicely detailed. Your Military and Evidence sections are good starts but could use a bit more detail. Adding one or two more examples or sentences there would help balance things out. Your planned sources from your bibliography (autism, Kenya) look perfect to help with this.
Neutrality
Your tone is already neutral and appropriate for Wikipedia, which is great. One phrase ("heavily in relation") might be slightly unclear, so you could simplify that just for clarity. Other than that, the neutrality is already solid, so just keep it going as you add more.
Sources
The sources you included (like Hilliard’s PubMed study and the Military/Nada Yoga ones) are useful and interesting. Your bibliography also has some excellent academic sources planned (like the Cochrane review and Kenya article). When you add these, just remember to clearly cite them in-text. Your sources look great overall.
Final Takeaways
You have a really good start here, especially with your visuals and the Nada Yoga example. The biggest next step is just adding in the content you’ve already outlined in your bibliography. It’ll make your article more complete and balanced. You clearly have a good plan!

Peer Review
[edit]Hello! I added some more comments in the peer review section, but overall I think all the added information to your article will do your article lots of good, however I also recommend that maybe you go in and add some more information in the smaller paragraph sections such as the heart disease and stroke section. I think doing this will strengthen your article plenty as it will give it a more balanced read, as all the other paragraphs are fairly long compared to these two. Good work! I look forward to seeing how your final upload looks. Ljde35 (talk) 04:06, 22 April 2025 (UTC)
