Blocked as a sockpuppet

Hello, i dont understand the reasoning to Block and Bann me. Im Not using multiple Accounts. This is my one and only Account and i tried to create a Page which is why i did a Draft at First. Sadly it didnt got accepted but im trying to learn out of it. This shouldnt be a reason to Bann me from editing though. I would be glad if you‘d think about it again.
