This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.

Your recent article submission to Articles for Creation has been reviewed. Unfortunately, it has not been accepted at this time. The reason left by Bearcat was:

AFC submissions are done from draftspace, not userspace. Since you've already created Draft:Marc Bichler, this can't just be moved -- you would need to submit that, not this.
However, note as well that neither this nor the draft version could be accepted in their current form, as they're based almost entirely on WP:PRIMARYSOURCES rather than reliable ones. Reliable sourcing is not his own staff profiles on the self-published websites of his own employers, technically verifying facts; reliable sourcing is third-party journalism being done by media outlets independent of his career, verifying that his work has made him a subject of coverage and analysis by people other than his own employers.

Managing a conflict of interest
