Information icon Hello, I'm Jessicapierce. An edit that you recently made to Wagner Group seemed to be a test and has been reverted. If you want to practice editing, please use your sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks! Jessicapierce (talk) 00:06, 9 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Looking over your recent activity, I'm seeing a ton of edits where you have merey added a link, usually to a term that doesn't really need linking. This is not constructive editing; please stop. Thank you, Jessicapierce (talk) 00:06, 9 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]

bro i am just trying to be an extennded confirmed user man Broskalitre (talk) 02:16, 9 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Gaming the system to obtain extended confirmed permission will not work. Please stop. Jfire (talk) 05:18, 9 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Then can I do it on sand box? Broskalitre (talk) 05:20, 9 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]
No, you cannot make unconstructive edits on any page for the purpose of obtaining permissions. The permissions will be withheld, and if you continue, you will be blocked. Jfire (talk) 05:21, 9 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]
but i am doing it on my own page and my edit setion said I have over 154 edits. Broskalitre (talk) 05:22, 9 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]
By the way y edit does not have any views Broskalitre (talk) 05:22, 9 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]

And I am doing it on my own page that I created. so it is only for me.During my edit on the russian occupation of sumy oblast, another editor ask me to do it on sandbox so that is hat i am doing now. You have already been told that what you are doing is gaming the system. It is considered disruptive. Stop now. TornadoLGS (talk) 05:36, 9 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Is there a problem if I am doing on my own sandbox? (yes or no) Broskalitre (talk) 05:38, 9 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]
I was told by another editor that I can do it on sandbox, not on official pages which is what I am doing now. the editor was lizard8 . Broskalitre (talk) 05:39, 9 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]
In this case it doesn't matter where you're doing it. You're making a bunch of trivial edits simply up upgrade your user rights. The very reason we have restrictions for user access levels is, essentially, to ensure they have reached a certain level of trust before they can perform certain actions. You are trying to circumvent that. TornadoLGS (talk) 05:43, 9 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Bro then I am sorry man. You can ask the editor called lizard8 who told me I can simply edit things on sandbox.I also didnt know that I coudnt do that bruh. That was why I am simply editing things Broskalitre (talk) 05:46, 9 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]
There is no editor User:Lizard8 on Wikipedia and the only place you have talked to other editors is here, on your User talk page so your claim of being instructed to make meaningless edits on your Sandbox is not true. Liz Read! Talk! 05:54, 9 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing because it appears that you are not here to build an encyclopedia.

The reason is, I did not know that I also could not simply edit things on wikipedia. I WAS TOLD by an editor named Lizardjr8 that I COULD EDIT ANYTHING ON THE SANDBOX PAGE. That was why I did it.I also made an edit on the russian occupation of sumy oblast and it is still there. That was when I THOUGHT I could raise my rights to edit on sandbox. (You can go see for yourself on russian occupation of sumy oblast my username that time was 115.66.41.39)The reason I wanted to raise my rights is that there are very less updates on the russian invaision of ukraine. That was why I wanted to use that opportunity to edit as many things as I can like the editor lizardjr8 told me.If I was granted extended permission, I would contribute to the russian invasion of ukraine article based on websites such as, Kyiv independent, Aljeezra,ISW , The moscow times, and more. Broskalitre (talk) 05:54, 9 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]
You're entirely missing the point. You have to earn the trust to have those editing permissions. Through normal editing. Gaming the system is absolutely against the rules for a reason. - The Bushranger One ping only 06:05, 9 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]
LizardJr8 didn't tell you that you could do whatever you want in your sandbox. He warned you after you made a series of nonsense edits at Russian occupation of Sumy Oblast. voorts (talk/contributions) 06:06, 9 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Then I think I misunderstood and made a mistake. Then, I promise I will make normal edits with proof . I THOUGHT he said that I could edit anything in sandbox. I also did not know I was being watched.I also thought that the sandbox is private. So I promise to edit properly if you unblock me then.It was a misunderstanding Broskalitre (talk) 06:14, 9 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]
To answer your question, all pages on Wikipedia, including sandboxes, are publicly visible as is the history of edits made to them. Every user's history of contributions is also publicly visible. And no, most of us are not celebrities. TornadoLGS (talk) 03:01, 10 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]
By the way, are you all celebrities? Broskalitre (talk) 06:16, 9 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]
can you reply pls? Broskalitre (talk) 06:21, 9 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Bro, please reply me.My reason for me to get unblocked is because it was a misunderstanding and I heard wrongly. Broskalitre (talk) 06:45, 9 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Hello dear administrators, I have went through multiple times what was wrong and finally thought about it. I noticed my mistake.I recently noticed that when I was talking to lizardjr8, I noticed that he said that if I only want to practice editing , then I can use sandbox.I also noticed that I cannot spam or game while editing for extended permission and I know I must earm it through editing with proof like links or websites. I noticed my mistake, and I will never do it again. I formally apologise and I hope you will forgive me. I am also very sorry about just now and my disrespectful behaviour.I have noticed my mistake and I hope you will forgive me.I will never do it again. And if I do, you may block me forever. I am sorry and I am asking for forgiveness and for my account to be unblocked. Thank you. Broskalitre (talk) 08:47, 9 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Hello dear administraters, I am currently confused on what an administrator have asked me to do but I sincerely apologise to what happened just now and I have noticed my mistake.I have read wrongly and it is me who is the one wrong.I noticed that my mistake was that I kept gaming the system and writing things and spamming on the article and that I have misunderstood lizardjr8 and I am sorry for that andI will never do suh things again.I sincerely apologise and ask for my account to get unblocked. If I still continue to game the system, spam and write non relevant things or things that are not true, you can block me forever.I am also very sorry for my behaviour and actions just now.I am sincerely apologizing and asking for forgiveness and for you all to give me another chance and unblock my account. Finally, I promise that the next time I edit things, I will provide true information and not nonsense stuff.
Lastly, I sincerely apologise for what happened just now and I am asking for my account to get unblocked and for forgiveness.

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

@Broskalitre: if you are unblocked, it will be like you're being reset to 0 edits and 0 days of editing. Then, you will be allowed to apply for extended confirmed at WP:RFP/EC after you have made at least 500 additional, non-gaming edits over at least 30 days. An admin will then determine if you should receive extended confirmed. Also, do you understand that you won't be able to edit Russia–Ukraine articles until you are given extended confirmed? voorts (talk/contributions) 18:10, 9 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Yes I understand. But can I please ask you what will happen to my proper edits for example, which have proof like links and stuff? Broskalitre (talk) 18:19, 9 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]

@Broskalitre: I don't know what happened to your previous edits, but the only way you can make edits regarding Russia-Ukraine is to do so using edit requests on the article talk page until you receive extended confirmed. voorts (talk/contributions) 18:28, 9 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Contentious topic alert

[edit]
This is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.

You have shown interest in the Russo-Ukrainian War. Due to past disruption in this topic area, the community has authorised uninvolved administrators to impose contentious topics restrictions—such as editing restrictions, bans, or blocks—on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia's policies, expected standards of behaviour, or the page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.

For additional information, please see the guidance on these sanctions. If you have any questions, or any doubts regarding what edits are appropriate, you are welcome to discuss them with me or any other editor.

Introduction to contentious topics

[edit]

You have recently edited a page related to post-1992 politics of the United States and closely related people, a topic designated as contentious. This is a brief introduction to contentious topics and does not imply that there are any issues with your editing.

A special set of rules applies to certain topic areas, which are referred to as contentious topics. These are specially designated topics that tend to attract more persistent disruptive editing than the rest of the project and have been designated as contentious topics by the Arbitration Committee. When editing a contentious topic, Wikipedia’s norms and policies are more strictly enforced, and Wikipedia administrators have an expanded level of powers and discretion in order to reduce disruption to the project.

Within contentious topics, editors should edit carefully and constructively, refrain from disrupting the encyclopedia, and:

Editors are advised to err on the side of caution if unsure whether making a particular edit is consistent with these expectations. If you have any questions about contentious topics procedures, you may ask them at the arbitration clerks' noticeboard or you may learn more about this contentious topic here. You may also choose to note which contentious topics you know about by using the {{Ctopics/aware}} template.

Advice

[edit]

Hi @Broskalitre, admins are really busy and usually can't see when you post on your Talk page, so they won't be able to answer lots of questions. You need to tag/ping someone for them to get a notification, but doing it too much can be rude/bothersome so please do it only when absolutely necessary.

I'm going to give you several helpful suggestions & pages to look at, so click on each blue link I've included to find out more about them:

  • A good place to ask for help is the Wikipedia:Teahouse, it's specially for new editors to ask questions of more experienced editors, so I'd try to go there first if you can.
  • Another good idea would be to go to the community pages (you can get there through the main menu) and look through the How-to pages for ideas and tips.
  • I'd also try to stay away from any subjects with warning messages until you've got more experience. Contentious topics are hard enough for experienced editors - you need to be incredibly careful when editing and people can be a bit harsh as a result, so you're walking straight into a minefield. It might be better to stick to simpler topics until you get the hang of things, then you can go into those areas with more knowledge and confidence.
  • WP:Instructional material has an absolute ton of guides, tutorials and even videos to help you learn, definitely take a look through these.

Hopefully this helps! Blue Sonnet (talk) 16:23, 11 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Permission

[edit]

Dear Administrators, I am requesting permission to edit the "Timeline of the Russian Invasion Of Ukraine page" because I want to keep the page updated everyday based on news and reliable resources and another reason is that the page is not updated quite often. So I want to use this opportunity to contribute and help update the Timeline of the russian invasion of ukraine page and I promise to not vandalise the page and update the page based on reliable resources. So may I please have the permission to edit the page? Thank you.Broskalitre (talk) 23:58, 2 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]

You may not edit that page. You have already been informed about the restrictions in effect on pages related to the Russo-Ukrainian War and the fact that you are ineligible to edit such pages due to the fact that you do not have extended-confirmed status and in fact tried to game the system to obtain that permission. You may not edit Hrekivka#Russian invasion of Ukraine, as you did here and here. You have been given one last chance, and you are well on your way to squandering it. Stop. Jfire (talk) 05:52, 3 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Hello Jfire, Hrekivka is a village in luhansk oblast, and it is one of the last village in Luhansk Oblast still under Ukrainain control according to reliable sources. May I know how I am squandering the chance? I haven't been editing wikipedia for quite some time(11 days). So can I know how I am squandering it? Broskalitre (talk) 13:09, 3 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]
May I also know if I am editing Hrekivka wrongly, why are my edits till there? Broskalitre (talk) 13:11, 3 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Just to tell you again, I was just asking a question. I respect your choices Jfire. Any of you admins can say yes or no but I will respect yall's choices. Somemore, I only edited 3 times(excluding the talks) since I went offline in February 2025. Broskalitre (talk) 13:48, 3 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Hello Jfire, just to let you know that there is 2 edits because the first one I edited it under the wrong title. Second, I was adjusting the words to the correct title so I was not gaming the system, but trying to readjust it and put the sentence in the correct title. Broskalitre (talk) 14:26, 3 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]
I mean you're doing things that could lead to you getting blocked again. You're not allowed to make any edits that relate to Russia/Ukraine. My advice to you is to pick some topic that you are interested in that is completely unrelated to Russia or Ukraine, and edit that instead of Hrekivka, or T-62, or any other page that has the words "Russia" or "Ukraine" anywhere in it. Jfire (talk) 15:52, 4 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Ok. So anything including t54,t62,t64,t72,t80,t90,t14,t84 and other tanks I cannot edit? Also just to confirm, I need extended confirmed in order to edit things related to russia-ukraine right? Broskalitre (talk) 17:17, 4 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]
That's right. Jfire (talk) 18:45, 4 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Administrators, can you let me know whether if I can edit other armoured vehicles and tanks that are unrelated to Russia like the M84, M1A1 Abrams, Challenger 3, and other european tanks that are unrelated to Russia? Broskalitre (talk) 21:55, 6 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for your contributions to 2022-present Siversk Offensive. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because it has no sources. I have converted your article to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.

Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. FULBERT (talk) 13:10, 27 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Ok. I was just practising some random things I can do but not planning to publish the page Broskalitre (talk) 03:09, 28 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]
I will also add in sources after I have completed the page. After I add in sources, can I remove the "draft" on the title? Broskalitre (talk) 03:11, 28 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Novopavlivka Offensive moved to draftspace

[edit]

Thanks for your contributions to Novopavlivka Offensive. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because it has no sources and it barely has any content. I have converted your article to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.

Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. CycloneYoris talk! 18:25, 13 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Did you manually move your page ‘ Borova-Sviatohirsk-Lyman-Sloviansk-Siversk Line Offensive’ into main space?

[edit]

Hi there,

I just thought I’d pop in and ask if you submitted your page ‘Borova-Sviatohirsk-Lyman-Sloviansk-Siversk Line Offensive’ for review and had it accepted, or if you manually moved it from draft space into main space, since it still has the template at the top of the page.

If you did manually move it, I’d highly recommend moving it back into draft space, as it appears to have lots of grammatical errors and excessive use of the same references. I do personally think that the page could use some working on. IiSmxyzXX (talk) 00:24, 16 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Never mind, it has since been removed. IiSmxyzXX (talk) 00:58, 16 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]
You are warmly welcomed to edit the page if you want but do not change the title of the page. Liagdan (talk) 06:33, 16 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Added tags to Northeast Donetsk campaign

[edit]

Hey there, @Broskalitre,

Just letting you know that I’ve added some tags to your article, Northeast Donetsk campaign. I have added these tags in order to flag the article in relevant spaces in the hopes that more editors may notice and help with editing. I have become busy outside of Wikipedia again, and do not have much time to help you with editing.

Thanks, IiSmxyzXX (talk) 04:10, 7 May 2025 (UTC)[reply]

To enforce community authorised sanctions, you have been blocked indefinitely from editing. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the following text at the bottom of this page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}. However, you should read the guide to appealing blocks first. voorts (talk/contributions) 21:57, 2 June 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Reminder to administrators: Community sanctions are enacted by community consensus. In order to overturn this block, you must either receive the approval of the blocking administrator or consensus at a community noticeboard (you may need to copy and paste their statement to a community noticeboard).

Hello @Voorts, may I know why I am being blocked? Broskalitre (talk) 04:32, 3 June 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Also, why was I blocked when I am not gaming the system like what I did last time? Broskalitre (talk) 04:38, 3 June 2025 (UTC)[reply]
I also suggest you bring this to ANI for discussion first as I don't know the reason why I am being blocked. Broskalitre (talk) 05:15, 3 June 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Also, I was not violating ECR permissions as my account is over 30 days old and I have over 500 edits on english wikipedia . So can you please think again and think of a suitable reason for me getting blocked? Broskalitre (talk) 05:19, 3 June 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Also, I was making constructive edits, not disruptive edits. Although some of my edits are minor, they often include sources to support them. Broskalitre (talk) 05:21, 3 June 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

Dear Administrators,
I respectfully request reconsideration of the block on my account. I understand this is my second unblock request, and I fully acknowledge the concerns raised previously regarding violations of editing restrictions related to the Russia-Ukraine topic, including continuing to edit after my editing conditions were revoked.
I sincerely apologize for any mistakes or misunderstandings that led to these issues. Since my last unblock, I have reflected deeply on Wikipedia’s guidelines and the importance of following them carefully. I am committed to editing in good faith, adhering strictly to all restrictions, and collaborating constructively with the community.
Additionally, I kindly ask for the restoration of the two articles I created — “Borova Offensive” and “7th Separate Unmanned Systems Reconnaissance Strike Regiment”. These were written to provide neutral, informative content about specific fronts and military units and, to my knowledge, do not contain biased or promotional material.
I respectfully ask for the opportunity to resume editing and demonstrate my renewed commitment to Wikipedia’s standards. I am willing to comply with any additional requirements the community deems necessary.
Thank you for your time and consideration,
Broskalitre (talk) 07:26, 3 June 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

You wrote this with an AI, which I could tell without a checker, though it came up as 75% likely on zeroGPT. You are blocked, not an AI, so we want to hear from you directly. Please write without the aid of an AI. I will also note that as this is a block for violating community based sanctions, that either the blocking admin must consent to removing the block, or there must be a community discussion. 331dot (talk) 08:44, 3 June 2025 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Please don't place your request within the block notice; I've moved it. I would suggest that you click "edit" and not "reply" to edit this page. The reply function does not work well in every situation(one of those is unblock requests). 331dot (talk) 08:40, 3 June 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

Dear Administrators, I acknowledge that I have made a mistake which is making edits under sanctions and editing things related to the Russia-Ukraine topic which is highly contentious and I apologise for that mistake that I had made. One thing that I would like to point out is that to all admins thinking that I am still gaming the system, after my earlier block, all my edits were not gaming the system, but trying to make productive, constructive and non-disruptive edits on articles. I am committed to making good-faith edits and constructive edits for improving articles, fixing errors and adding non-biased true information. Also, I would like to request that 2 pages that I have made "7th Separate Unmanned Systems Reconnaissance Strike Regiment" and "Borova Offensive" be restored since information in those pages are non-biased and those pages provide true information about the Borova front and the military unit and the 2 pages have no propaganda content. I now respectfully ask for another opportunity so that I can edit Wikipedia pages while adhering to the rules. I hope you can consider this request. Thank you. As you are still trying to violate WP:ECR, we have to leave you blocked. Yamla (talk) 12:25, 3 June 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

Dear Administrators, Firstly, I would like to admit and apologise for my mistakes about editing things which is contentious and I also did it under sanctions. I am sincerely apologise for those mistakes and for what I have done.

Secondly, I would also like to point out that there is a misunderstanding here. To all admins who still thinks I am trying to game the system and thus, violate WP:ECR, I would like to point out that you have misunderstood me as all my edits are constructive edits, good-faith edits, non-biased edits, and edits meant to provide information and fix some errors and issues, and edits that do not have propaganda.

Thirdly, I would like to also request that the 2 pages I created, the "Borova Offensive" and "7th Separate Unmanned Systems Reconnaissance Strike Regiment", be restored as they are pages that provide information, provide non-biased information, do not spread propaganda and are pages that spread true information about the Borova front and the Russian Military unit .

Fourthly, I would also like to point out that my brother's account, @Liagdan, is not a sockpuppet of me. Although we may seem to have similar responses on talk pages on different articles, I would like to point out that me and my brother sometimes have discussed the situation before publishing them.

Fifthly, I would like to say that some of you have misunderstood me. I continued to edit in the Russia-Ukraine topic area even though I was aware because before I was blocked for the second time, when I was still editing the Russia-Ukraine war topic area-example: Northeast Donetsk Oblast Campaign, Borova Offensive, 7th Separate Unmanned Systems Reconnaisance Strike Regiment, and many more- I was not alerted or warned before getting blocked by you. And also, when I was editing those topics, as there were no alerts or warnings, I thought it was ok to continue editing with Russia-Ukraine war topics. However, now I understand that no matter what, I must have extended confirmed in order to edit Russia-Ukraine war topics and I ask sincerely for another opportunity.

Lastly, I would like to sincerely request for another opportunity to edit Wikipedia articles, help improve Wikipedia articles, and provide more information to the articles on Wikipedia while following the rules and guidelines of Wikipedia Thank you for considering my request. You were blocked because you continued to edit in the Russia-Ukraine topic area, despite being aware of the fact that only editors with extended-confirmed may do so. The articles I deleted were within that topic area and will not be restored. It is unlikely that you will be unblocked in the near future, if at all. voorts (talk/contributions) 17:50, 3 June 2025 (UTC)[reply]

I recently added a few more information to my block appeal. I hope you can check it out and respond. Broskalitre (talk) 09:58, 4 June 2025 (UTC)[reply]
You were notified of ECR restrictions here, here, here, here, here, and here, among others. You've blown far more chances to adhere to them than most editors get. Jfire (talk) 02:51, 4 June 2025 (UTC)[reply]
I meant that I was already aware. However, after I made several edits on the Russia-Ukraine war topics after those warnings, I forgotten about those ECR restrictions and thought that it would be ok to edit further into the Russia-Ukraine war topics and during those edits after the warnings, I did not recieve anymore ECR restrictions. Take note that the last restriction was on Hrekivka and T62 and after that, that was when I started my Russia-Ukraine war topic editing and then as I did not recieve anymore restrictions, I thought it would be okay to further edit deeper into the topic. I hope that this will tell you why I continued editing even though I was sanctioned and being aware. Broskalitre (talk) 03:10, 4 June 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Also, if I get unblocked, can I request in WP:Deletions that the 2 pages be restored through a discussion? And I also hope my explanation above will help explain why. Broskalitre (talk) 03:14, 4 June 2025 (UTC)[reply]
May I know what will happen to my block appeal above and can I know what is the result? I also hope that my explanation above will explain why I continued. Broskalitre (talk) 06:51, 4 June 2025 (UTC)[reply]
As you are continuing to violate and indicate your plans to violate WP:ECR, I will revoke talk page access. There's no chance you'll be unblocked to do so and your continued violations here are blatantly inappropriate. --Yamla (talk) 10:16, 4 June 2025 (UTC)[reply]
