There have been absolutely no improvements in your edits for over a year despite multiple promises from you that you will not continue your disruptive behavior. Other Wikipedia editors should not have to babysit your edits to make sure that you don't continue to add unsourced and/or non-encyclopedic material or create articles about yourself or the same non-notable people again and again.
