I don't see why such a dab would be needed, if there's only one article with the dab term in the title? Dabs are meant to distinguish between articles by the same or very similar title, not to list every imaginable thing that the dab term could refer to. (Happy for someone to explain why I'm mistaken in thinking that!)

As for the substance of your help desk thread - please see WP:NLT. You can request your userpage to be deleted under WP:G7, but we cannot delete other accounts, nor can accounts be deleted in general. If you still have login information, you could request a WP:Courtesy vanishing, but otherwise, just abandon the account. Unless your daughter has chosen to make their information public it isn't on Wikipedia. We don't ask for real names or addresses for sign-up.
