Thank you for your message...
My intention is not to sell or promote any product or service, I want to introduce our company. This company is already a part of Summit Group which has a wiki page already Summit Group.
You can check our company website (link removed) Ashiqurbd (talk) 10:23, 13 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
You do not necessarily have to be selling goods or services. Merely using Wikipedia to publicize the existence of your company is promotional.
Wikipedia is not a business directory, so a company is not entitled to have a Wikipedia article just because it exists. All topics must be notable by Wikipedia's definition to merit inclusion. In the specific case of a company, it must meet the notability criteria for companies and organizations. For this to happen, the company must have already received significant coverage in multiple reliable and independent sources. We have no interest in what a company wishes to say about itself, as this is an inherent conflict of interest.
Notabilty is also not inherited. A subsidiary company is not automatically notable and deserving of its own article merely because its parent company has one. The subsidiary must be independently notable to merit a standalone article. --Drm310 🍁 (talk) 13:11, 13 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
