Welcome to Wikipedia, Apsa 54! I'm UtherSRG, and I've been assigned as your mentor. All new Wikipedia accounts receive a mentor chosen randomly from a list of volunteers. It just means I'm here to help with anything you need! We need to have all kinds of people working together to create an online encyclopedia, so I'm glad you're here. Over time, you will figure out what you enjoy doing the most on Wikipedia.

You might have noticed that you have access to a tutorial and suggested edits. It's recommended that you take advantage of this, as it'll make learning how to edit Wikipedia easier.

If you need assistance with anything or have any questions, click on the "Get editing help" button on the bottom right corner of your screen. This will open up a module with links to help pages and a place to ask me questions. You can also ask me questions directly on my talk page, or go here to get help from the wider community.

Accusation of vandalism.

[edit]

Hello Aspa 54,

You falsely accused me of vandalism for following Wikipedia policy WP:NPOV by "represent[ing] all significant viewpoints that have been published by reliable sources" with WP:Reliable Sources.

To Assume Good Faith, I will presume you made this accusation with the misconception that the sources provided were not reliable. It is established that The Globe and Mail, CBC News, Financial Post, Politico, The Economist, and other sources used are WP:Reliable Source. If you had a particular issue with a source, you could raise it individually rather than reverting everything.

Furthermore, I encourage you to read up on WP:NPOV. Adding additional reliably sourced points of view is not biased, it is what Wikipedia encourages. Featuring only critic journalists however, is not balanced.

Vandalism is editing (or other behavior) deliberately intended to obstruct or defeat the project's purpose. Falsely accusing me of this behavior is WP:Casting aspersions and I suggest you stop, presuming this is a misunderstanding.
