My references for edit are old and reviwer can not access them. how I can prove the authenticity as I can only scan the original but can not send them with the article

The preview of my latest edit did not show any error. While trying to publish, there was a filter saying that the edit wkilinking . None of of my references had wikipedia as reference. So continued and published it.pl suggest where i can assess punctuation heading standards referred by you.
