- Hi @Gandes Setiawan. This is not a mistake. Submissions from new users are automatically submitted in Draftspace, where they're subsequently reviewed by volunteers. There are currently 3,158 pending submissions waiting for review, and yours might get delayed but if someone finds interest they will notify you on your talk page.
