Question about editing on a public I.P

As seen in the note above, this I.P is connected to a high school as part of a large charter school system. While I do have a Wikipedia account, I cannot log into it because the login page is blocked by the high school's "Guardian" system.

Therefore, am I violating Wikipedia:Sockpuppetry by continuing to use this I.P?
I'm asking this because I was looking through "my" contributions out of curiosity, and stumbled upon this [1] that someone else made on this I.P.
Following this, do I then have to declare my main account?
