Living on the outskirts of the coal mining city of Zaragoza, Spain on a cluster of Government Sanctioned apartments located on the Northside of the twenty eight dividing railroad tracks from their Southside rival group 'Los Sioux'. In 1982, 'Los Norteños' members became the focal point of investigation of the Spanish National Police after a shooting incident involving Carlos(14) of 'Los Norteños' and a member of 'Los Sioux'.
