Hello! I am going to be, for some weeks, an editor changing pages related to the Pre-Colombian Muisca of modern-day Colombia for the better, in accordance with current academic research. This account has been created on the helpful advice of User:Hoary on the Wp:Help desk.

My aim is to work on a select group of articles related to the Muisca, as I'm not able, due to personal and professional reasons, without going into much detail, to work on smaller/better pages or create my own for approximately 2 years, if no prolongations are needed.

List of articles to work on

[edit]

Here, a list of seriously flawed pages that don't meet Wikipedia's usual quality criteria will be presented. I will leave a short message on each article's talk page detailing my changes and their reasons, and an incomplete list of recommended reading (though some works are not easily accessible outside of Colombia or a competent European/North-American university which specialises in the subject of Pre-Hispanic/early colonial history). After having made changes to all pages on the list, I will retire as a Wikipedian (but leave a list of recommended reading on muisca ethno-history for interested editors).

I have also made minor (yet important) changes to Chibcha language (in need of renaming).
