William H. Sanders is currently Carnegie Mellon University's dean of engineering. On July 1st 2025, Bill Sanders is set to become Rochester Institute of Technology's new president[1], and will be the successor to current RIT president David Munson.
Education
[edit]Sanders received his bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering at the University of Michigan in 1983, his M.S. in Computer, Information, and Control Engineering in 1985, and his Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering in 1988.[2]
