^Sinankylosaurus was originally described as an indeterminate ankylosaur, but was subsequently suggested to be a nomen dubium and not an ankylosaur.[1]
^Dzharatitanis was originally described as the first Asian rebbachisaurid, but was subsequently argued to be a titanosaur.[2]
^Maehary was originally described as the earliest diverging pterosauromorph, but was subsequently argued to be a gracilisuchid pseudosuchian.[3]
^Patagopelta was originally described as a nodosaurine, but was subsequently (more parsimoniously) placed within Parankylosauria.[4]
^Jiangxititan was originally described as lognkosaurian titanosaur, but was subsequently argued to be a non-titanosaurian somphospondylan.[5]
^The genus name Lyra is preoccupied by several other animals, so the replacement name Lyrakeryx was published on April 17, 2025, and the Wikipedia page moved to the proper name.[6]
