I am a .NET developer recovering from burnout, I burnt myself out trying to convince management that Fullstack development is not working, in the middle of transitioning from .NET WebForms to .NET Razor with no support at the age of 32.

We need to either embrace DevOps or atleast update our project management to something more complex than "Here is a descriptive email of a Web App I want, figure everything else out on your own", my problem is that my project manager is a stakeholder and I am a junior developer with no guidance. It also doesn't help that my response to being dismissed was to relentlessly bring it up again and again.

I am hoping that I can connect with this community since one of the things I was told no on was documentation and this is basically the ultimate documentation community so I'm hoping this can be a constructive outlet to find balance in my life both socially and to help me improve my own documentation by myself.
