Regina Daniels is a Black Deaf American educator, author, performer, and advocate for the Deaf community. She is the Program Director and Full Professor at North Central University in Minneapolis, where she leads the Carlstrom Interpreter Training Program. A pioneer in American Sign Language (ASL) education, Daniels is also known for her work as a Deaf interpreter in national events, her acting role in Jesus Film: Deaf Missions, and her authorship of A Silent Strength: A Black Deaf Woman’s Quest for Knowledge.
