I am Kenneth Ian Griffiths (Wikimedia username: Griffiths911), a former Royal Navy radar operator who served aboard HMS Cardiff (D108) during the 1982 Falklands War. As a 19-year-old sailor, I was directly involved in frontline operations, including the shootdown of Argentine Canberra B-108 on 13 June 1982. I have since worked to ensure the historical accuracy of this and other events, including assisting with the documentation of the British Army Gazelle friendly fire incident. This page is designed to make available my original photographs and documents from the conflict. Many of these images — such as Argentine prisoners of war in Port Stanley under the guard of 2 Para, and operational scenes aboard Royal Navy ships — are publicly available under free licences for educational and historical use. I am also the contributor of a feature in *FlyPast* magazine correcting the misattribution of HMS Cardiff’s actions during the war. These images and materials aim to preserve and support accurate understanding of the Falklands War through firsthand documentation. My contributions are freely available to researchers, educators, and the public.
